This year’s enrollment is passive, which means:
• If you're happy with your current benefits, no action is required — your elections will automatically carry over.
• If you'd like to make changes or explore new options, this is your opportunity!
Why You Should Still Check In
Even though no action is required to maintain your current coverage, we encourage you to review your benefits to ensure they still meet your needs. Life changes — your coverage should keep up!
All plan summaries, rates, and resources are available right here on the site. No packets will be mailed to your home address.
Plan Highlights for 2025
Here’s what’s new and noteworthy this year:
- Medical & Dental PPO Premiums: Please check the Medical and Dental PPO Tab below for new rate!
- Dental HMO, Vision, and Other Benefits: Premiums remain the same - no increases
- Employer-Paid Basic Life Insurance: Coverage increasing from $25,000 to $50,000 at no cost to employees
- HDHP Choice Plus HSA Plan Enhancements:
• Deductible reduced to $3,000 individual / $6,000 family
• New embedded deductible for family coverage: $3,300 - No changes or premium increases on other benefits
- Passive Enrollment Is Back: Your current elections will carry over unless you make changes
