Vision Benefits
Your opportunity to enroll/update your benefits starts on August 18th and will end on August 29th.
Any changes or enrollment you elect during this period will take effect October 1, 2025. Once enrolled you will not be able to make changes until next year unless you experience a qualifying life event.

- United Healthcare will continue to be our provider for vision
- Payroll Deductions will remain the same
- ID card will be available by accessing MyUHC.com or contracting UHC directly to request a hard copy

Eyeglasses (lenses and frame) $ 10.00
Contact lenses instead of Eyeglasses $ 10.00
Frame Benefit - for frames that exceed the allowance, an additional 30% discount may be applied to the overage¹
