Your opportunity to enroll/update your benefits starts on August 18th and will end on August 29th.
Any changes or enrollment you elect during this period will take effect October 1, 2025. Once enrolled you will not be able to make changes until next year unless you experience a qualifying life event.

As a full-time employee, you are insured for $50,000 of life insurance (increased from $25,000)! This is paid for by Sonny's.

Voluntary Life Insurance and AD&D
In addition to the Basic Life and AD&D insurance paid for by Sonny's, you can purchase Voluntary Life Insurance.
- Evidence of Insurability (EOI) is required for new enrollment.
- If you are currently enrolled, you may increase your coverage in increments of $10,000 without EOI. Anything above $10,000 will require EOI.
- If you purchase Voluntary Life and AD&D Insurance for yourself, you are also eligible to purchase Voluntary Life and AD&D Insurance for your spouse and/or child(ren).

Voluntary Long-Term Disability
Long Term Disability (LTD) is designed to replace a portion of your monthly salary in the event of a covered, non-occupational disability. LTD is provided as a supplemental coverage through Mutual of Omaha.
Evidence of Insurability (EOI) is required for new enrollment.
